臨床和研究領(lǐng)域

糖尿病

胰島素是負責(zé)控制葡萄糖代謝的主要激素。胰島素的分泌主要受血漿葡萄糖濃度的控制,并且激素具有許多重要的代謝作用。在胰島素依賴性糖尿?。?型糖尿病)和一些其他病癥如低垂體癥中胰島素濃度嚴重降低。胰島素濃度在非胰島素依賴型糖尿?。?型糖尿?。葝u素瘤和某些類型的內(nèi)分泌功能障礙(如庫欣綜合征和肢端肥大癥)中升高。

心血管疾病

氧化低密度脂蛋白(LDL)是一種致動脈粥樣硬化斑塊特異性蛋白,直接參與動脈粥樣硬化病變的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。血管造影證實的冠狀動脈疾病患者的血漿氧化LDL水平顯著升高,現(xiàn)在越來越清楚氧化LDL的循環(huán)水平是冠狀動脈粥樣硬化的標志物。

載脂蛋白(a)也被研究作為動脈粥樣硬化的獨立危險因素。

ELISA分析可用于兩種分析物。

 

分析原則

ELISA序列測定和ELISA同時測定原理。

哺乳動物糖尿病

通過使用大鼠或小鼠胰島素ELISA與人胰島素ELISA(0.7%大鼠/小鼠交叉反應(yīng))的組合,可以在相同樣品中與人胰島素分開測定大鼠或小鼠胰島素濃度。大鼠胰島素ELISA,豬胰島素ELISA,牛胰島素ELISA,牛胰島素ELISA,小鼠胰島素ELISA,犬胰島素ELISA,馬胰島素ELISA和大鼠Glicentin

人類糖尿病
